Ice Bear
2 Parts Finlandia Vodka
2 Parts Blue Curacao
3 Parts 7-Up
Fill a tall glass with ice, layer the Finlandia Vodka and Blue Curacao, top up with 7-Up and stir.
Ice Palace
1 oz. Light (3 cl Light) Rum
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Galliano
1/2 oz. Apricot (15 ml Apricot) Brandy
2 oz. (6 cl) Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Lemon Juice
1 Slice (1 slice) Orange
Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes. Garnish with the slice of orange and a cherry (if desired) and serve
Imperial Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Dry (4.5 cl Dry) Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Gin
1/2 tsp. (5 ml) Maraschino Cherry
1 dash (5 ml) Bitters
1 Cherry
Stir all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.
Incredible Hulk
2 oz. (6 cl) Midori®
1 oz. (3 cl) Vodka
2 oz. (6 cl) Mountain Dew
pour ingredients over ice in normal glass
Irish Dream
1/2 oz. (15 ml) hazelnut liqueur
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Irish Cream
3/4 oz. (22.5 ml) Brown Crème de Cacao
4 oz. (12 cl) Vanilla Ice Cream
blend ingredients with ice until smooth and pour into frosted pilsner glass, top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
Irish Russian
1 shot (4.5 cl) Vodka
1 shot (4.5 cl) Kahlua
1 squirt (6 ml) Coca Cola
fill Guinness Stout
Add the ingredients in the order listed in the recipe. Care must be taken when adding the Guinness to prevent an excess of foam. Do Not add ice.
Irish Whip
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Pernod
1 oz. Bacardi 151®
1 oz. Crème de Menthe
1 Part 7-Up
1 Part Orange Juice
Mix in a pint glass, fill with one part 7-Up and one part orange juice, stir and add a few ice cubes.
Island Seabreeze
2 oz. (6 cl) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (3 cl) Light Rum
1 oz. (3 cl) Dark Rum
Use ice shaker with mix and serve
Island Toy
1 oz. (3 cl) Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum®
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Peach Schnapps
1/4 oz. (7.5 ml) Lime Juice
4 oz. (12 cl) Pineapple Juice
Pour all ingredients over ice in a glass. Stir.
Italian Screwdriver
1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Absolut Citron®
3 oz. (9 cl) Orange Juice
2 oz. (6 cl) Grapefruit Juice
1 Splash (5 ml) Ginger Ale
mix and pour over ice into sugar rimmed hurricane or parfait glass, garnish with a lime wheel
Italian Surfer with a Russian Attitude
1 Part Vodka
1 Part Malibu Coconut Rum
1 Part Amaretto
4 Parts (4 part) Pineapple Juice
Splash (5 ml) Cranberry juice
